An assurance for the patients' health care is a nurse's quality care. In order to maintain standard of provided in unit, one managerial responsibilities nurse manager oversee nurses. The goal this study was ascertain how well nurses performed inpatient unit Dumai City General Hospital relation use nursing supervision.
